Dear stranger, sometimes that endless space between "hello" and "best wishes" seems hard to fulfill, but maybe the following lines will help you find a connection between us and i trust you can write something better than "happy postcrossing" on the postcard you're going to choose for me.

Oh, did you already choose it? Anyway, my name is Stefano (1 F, NO PH) and I live in Genoa, whose symbol is a lighthouse, built in 1543 and still working. If there's a trip to genoa in your plans, send me a message and maybe we could meet.

I like reading mostly second-hand books, but i often buy more than i can read. I like listening to music, going to concerts, museums, cinema (horror, comedy, thriller) and I started collecting postcards in 1995.

I have been to France, Switzerland, Austria, Slovenia, Croatia, Germany, Netherlands, Spain, Portugal, Hungary, but most of all to northern Italy on a one-day trip by bus or train. While writing a postcard, people travelling with me often wonder about that in this era where everybody shares their pictures via whatsapp or socialnetworks (where i am not).

when it's possible, i like attending to meetups and in the latest years i hosted some in my town with other postcrossers' precious help, it's a funny experience.
