Hello there,

My name is Nicole and i am a german, living in the Netherlands with my husband and our two cats. We live in Deventer, which is located in the east of the Netherlands at the river IJssel.

I love knitting, crocheting, reading and making cards and working in my vegetable garden. Together with my husband, we explore the dutch landscape by bike and enjoy nature.

Despite Dutch being not my native language, i teach at the library refugees Dutch and about the dutch culture, so they feel welcome in a strange country. I love to see them grow in confidence and i love to see their smile when they are able to communicate in dutch.
